Veg clear soup
- Coriander 2 Black cardamom 2 Bay leaf 1 stick Cinnamon 5Garlic cloves 1/2 teaspoonCumin seeds 1Green chilly 30 grams Cabbage 30 grams Capsicum 20gramsCarrot 20grams Cauliflower 20 gramsGreen beans 3 gramsButter Salt Pepper 1/2teaspoonSoya sauce 1/2Lemon juice
Boil for 10 minutes around 300-350 ml of water with coriander, garlic cloves and all whole spices to prepare the stock.
Chopped all the veggies and sauté it in little butter for 3-4 min.
Now add half teaspoon soya sauce, salt &pepper and half lemon juice.
Stain the stock in vegetable pan, add lot of chopped coriander and bring it to boil for 2-3 min.
It’s ready to serve
