Ingredients for Veg Biryani
- › Rice 30 gms
- › Soyabean 20 gms
- › Sprouts 50gms
- › Ghee 20 gms
- › Salt as per taste
- › Turmeric
- › Biryani Masala 1 tsp
1. Soak Soya nuggets in warm water for 30 minutes. Squeeze it and rinse with water.
2. Put 20 gms Ghee in a pan. Add soya nuggets, saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add sprouts to it and again saute for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Put all the ingredients in pressure cooker and add water. Cook it for 2-3 whistes.
4. Open the cooker and serve it hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
