Veg Biryani/Veg pulao
- veggies like capsicum, beans, carrot, cabbage
- garam masala
- biriyani masala
- cumin seeds
- green chillies
cook rice separately, and keep it aside
in a pan put 1/2-1 TSP oil, put cumin seeds and turmeric powder. put fine chopped green chillies.
add the veggies, mix the ingredients well and then let it cook with lid on.
add onions, put the lid and let it cook
put garam masala and biriyani masala.
tastes best, when served hot, alongwith curd and some salad.
