- Rice 30 gms
- Soyabean 20 gms
- Sprouts 50gms
- Ghee 20 gms
- Salt as per taste
- Biryani Masala 1 tsp
Soak Soya nuggets in warm water for 30 minutes. Squeeze it and rinse with water.
Put 20 gms Ghee in a pan. Add soya nuggets, saute it for 2-3 minutes. Add sprouts to it and again saute for another 2-3 minutes.
Put all the ingredients in pressure cooker and add water. Cook it for 2-3 whistes.
Open the cooker and serve it hot. Garnish with coriander leaves.
