Method
1. Pour oil in a 2 ltr pressure cooker put 1 elaichi lavang n bay leaf add onions n veggies fry lightly add 30 min soaked Vasumati rice add salt n Garam masala put 1;2 ratio of water and close lid n Waite for 2 whistles.
