Ingredients for Vanilla Overnight Oats
- › 1/2 cup organic rolled oats
- › 1/3 cup almond milk
- › 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- › 1 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup
- › 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- › Pinch of sea salt
- › Cinnamon to taste
- › 1/3 cup water
1. Combine me all ingredients in a glass jar or other airtight container, mix well.
2. Store in refrigerator over night.
3. At breakfast eat cold and add whatever toppings you like, fruit, nuts yoghurt etc ....or warm up in microwave for 60 seconds to have warm. Enjoy!!!
