Ingredients

Silken tofu: 180 gm

Vanilla whey protein: 1/2 scoop or 15 gm

Maple syrup: 10 gm

Vanilla extract: 1/4 tsp

Method

Step 1

In a small mixer, blend together silken tofu, vanilla whey protein, vanilla extract and maple syrup (sweetener of choice) for a minute.

Step 2

Remove the mixture in a small glass and set it in the refrigerator for - hours or overnight.

Step 3

Enjoy cold vanilla mousse without any guild.

Step 4

Adjust the sweetness according to your taste as whey protein also contain artificial sweeteners.
