- Sooji 50 gm
- Kaju 20 gm
- Mustard seeds
- Kadi patta
- Chana dal 10 gm
- Onion chopped
- Butter 10 gm
Roast sooji for 2 minutes in medium flame and make sure it should not turn brown
Keep sooji in plate to get it cool and put butter in pan.
Add mustard seeds
Add Chana dal
Add kaju and let it turn little brown
Add kadi patta and then add water once onion will trun bit white or looks cooked
Add salt as per taste
Add water and boil for 2 mins in high flame
Turn flame to medium and then add roasted sooji and mix well. Mix for 5 mins in midium flame and add chopped coriander.
Close the flame and it's done.
