How to make Upavasachi idli
Step-1
* Add sama ke chawal and sabudana in mixy bowl and grind it.
Step-2
* Take mixture in bowl and add yoghurt. Add little bit water. Batter should be like regular dosa idli batter.
Step-3
* Add water slowly.
Step-4
* keep mixture aside for 20 min
Step-5
*Add grated potato, grated carrot(optional), fresh coriander, green chilly.
Step-6
*Add roasted cashew and mashed paneer.
Step-7
* add 1 tsf of regular Ino.
Step-8
* make sure idli plates r brushed with ghee/ oil
Step-9
*Immediately pour batter in idli mould.
Step-10
* steamed the idli for 20 min.
Step-11
* after removing idlis give regular tadaka with cumin seeds.
Step-12
* I sprinkled little bit stevia lastly on idlis .( optional)
Step-13
* Idlis r ready for fasting.
Step-14
It makes around 12 idli
