  • Recipe Ingredients listGreen chilli 1 (diced very small)
  • Recipe Ingredients listGroundnuts raw 10g
  • Recipe Ingredients listOlive oil 5ml
  • Recipe Ingredients listTurmeric powder
  • Recipe Ingredients listGinger grated (small piece)
  • Recipe Ingredients listLemon juice 1tbsp
  • Recipe Ingredients listCoriander leaves to garnish

Direction

Step-1

Wash puffed rice in a colander until soft. Don't squeeze while washing. Keep aside for any water to drain.

Step-2

In a hot pan, add olive oil, pinch of mustard seeds, groundnuts, grated ginger, green chilli, onion. Cover and cook for a min until onion is soft.

Step-3

Add turmeric powder, salt to the onion mixture and mix well.

Step-4

Add drained puffed rice. Mix well. Switch off.

Step-5

Add diced tomatoes and lemon juice. Mix well.

Step-6

Garnish with coriander leaves.
