Ingredients for Udupi style - Egg πππ
- βΊ Eggs - 3 Chicken Sausage - 80g Capsicum red, yellow and green mix - 60g Onion - 50g Tomato - 50g Butter - 5g Pasta/Pizza sauceVeeba - 12g Amul cheese cube - 1
Method
1. 1. Start with dicing capsicums, onion and tomato in round. 2. Take a non-stick pan and add very little butter to it now cook you sausage for just 1minute. 3. Whisk the eggs well with some salt and pepper for taste and added it to the same pan, cover and cook for 1min. 4. Now spread the pizza sauce across the egg. 5. Cut the sausage in small round pieces and add on top of the omlette. 6. Grate the cheese and spread across the omelette on top of sausages. 7. Now add capsicums, onion and Tomatoes on top 8.
