Ingredients for Turai with Dahi (Ridge Gourd with Yogurt)
- › Turai - 89 gms
- › Dahi - 150 gms
- › Onions - 40 gms
- › Curry leaves - 3
- › Masalas- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp, Turmeric- 1/4 tsp, Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp, red chilly powder- 1/4 tsp
- › Olive Oil - 3 ml
1. Heat the oil in a pan and crackle the cumin seeds. Add curry leaves.
2. Add cut onions and sauté well.
3. Add cut Turai and sauté. Then add salt, turmeric, red chilly and coriander powder and mix well.
4. Once Turai is cooked well then add Dahi and switch off the flame. Mix the Dahi well with Turai and it’s ready!
