Ingredients for Tropical overnight oats.
- › 50ml coconut milk🥥🥛
- › 40gms rolled oats 🌾
- › 50gms curd
- › 1 scoop whey protein (🍪🍦)
- › 50gms strawberry🍓
- › 50gms Kiwi 🥝
- › 50gms pineapple🍍
- › 2ms desiccated coconut
1. In a Mason jar add rolled oats, coconut milk and curd.
2. Give it a good mix n leave it overnight in the fridge. or atleast an hour.
3. Just before consuming, add 1 scoop whey protein cookie 🍪& cream flavour (or any flavour of your choice)
4. Mix well and top with the diced 🍍🥝🍓
5. Sprinkle some desiccated coconut n njoy😋
