Tossed Spinach corn and chicken
- Chicken boneless 100gm
- Spinach 150gm
- Sweet corn 70gm
- Olive oil 5gm
- Cheese 20gm
- Lemon and herbs
Marinate chicken with salt pepper lemon juice thyme and oregano for 15min. Boil sweet corn for 5mins and strain.
In a pan, put olive oil, add the chicken and saute in low flame and covered. Add spinach and boiled corn.
mix all well, adjust salt and pepper. Once water has dried up and cooked, add the grated cheese and mix well.
