Tossed eggs & mushrooms

2 eggs
100 gm chopped mushrooms
2 gm peanut
5gm onion
Butter 3gm
3gm green peas
Direction
Step-1
Beat eggs in a bowl. Add salt & pepper.
Step-2
In a nonstick pan, add the whisked eggs, onions, mushrooms, peas and mix well. Add salt & pepper.
Step-3
You add peanuts at the end. Add chopped coriander leaves if required. Toss this well and consume with bread toast/baked rotis.

Hi Srija, is measuring onions and peas also mandatory. in my food I only measure paneer, rice and oil, veggies I skip. kindly advise
