Ingredients for Tomato paneer
- › Paneer - 100gms Tomato - 60gms Coconut oil - 5gms Spices (Bay leaf,Cloves,cardamom)
Method
1. Marinate 100gms paneer for 10mins with salt, chilli powder and haldi. Meanwhile grind tomatoes and make puree. Add 5gms coconut oil in an hot pan and add spices and tomato puree, cook for 5mins. Add salt and chilli powder (you can add jira,coriander powders if needed) when puree is cooked. Finally add paneer and cook for 3mins. Now serve hot.
