Tomato Paneer Rice
- Cumin seeds
- Green Chili
- Brown Rice
- Himalayan Rock Salt
- Ground Pepper
Add 5 ml of oil
Add spices cumin, Ginger, Garlic, Vertically sliced Green Chillies (2 or 3) and Almonds (10 gms)
Add (40 gms) Paneer sliced and cut medium size. Let the Paneer become golden color and then
Add (100 gms) Tomato cut into medium pieces let the stove be on medium flame for next 4-5 mins.
sprinkle water ocassionally to avoid over frying.
sprinkle Himalayan rock salt and very less ground pepper
Add (40 gms) Brown Rice and mix it well and savor.
