Tofu Tava Pulav
- 120 gms Tofu
- 70 gms rice
- 15 ml oil
- 200 gms french beans
- pav bhaji masala
- ginger garlic paste
- Kashmir mirch
- tikhalal mirch
Drain the tofu by wrapping it in a tissue and keep it under weight for atleast 30 min. Shallow fry it until crispy on all sides. This will remove the chalky flavour of Tofu.
Partially cook rice and set aside.
Heat oil in a pan, add zeera and ginger garlic paste and sauté
Add the vegetables to this and then add all the spices and salt according to your taste.
Add the rice and tofu and toss it in the pan
Temper it for 10 minutes on low flame
