How to make Tofu Talimpu with Omelette

Step-1

Heat then pan and add 10 gms of ghee to it, then add cumin seed, mustard seeds, curry leaf, finely chopped ginger and green chillies

Step-2

Give them some time to fry and then add 150 gms of scrambled tofu, then sprinkle the salt to the above tofu and spices mixture

Step-3

Then again let it roast/fry for 5 mins, finally turn off the stove and garnish the dish with cilantro

Step-4

Make a plain Omelette with spices of your interest on the side and give a try to have the tofu talimpu with it 
