Ingredients for tofu kadhi
- › Silken tofu
- › Lemon
- › Clove
- › Fresh methi
- › Fresh green garlic
- › Zeera
- › Hing
- › Methi seeds
- › Oil
Method
1. Blend tofu with water as per required consistency. Add lemon juice and salt as per taste . Tempering - heat the oil and add clove , zeera few methi seeds , Hing , fresh curry leaves , fresh methi , fresh ginger green chili paste , fresh green garlic , turmeric . Mix together do not boil , just warm it up
