Ingredients for Tofu fry
- › Tofu -200g cut into three thin slices like bread
- › Aachi 65 masala -1/2tsp
- › Chilli powder,pepper powder,saunf powder -1/2tsp each
- › Olive oil -5gm,garlic pods -2crushed
- › Salt as required
1. Step 1 - take a non stick pan add oil add garlic saute 10sec and all masala powder and 2tsp water and stir in low flame for a minute untill water is evaporated.
2. Step 2- now add tofu keep turning every 30sec on each side and saute it for about 4mins and have it as a spicy healthy snack .
