Ingredients for tofu egg wrap
- › 2 eggs
- › 75 gms tofu
- › 150 gms of veggies(spinach/broccoli/zucchini)
- › Chilli sauce (0 calories)
- › 10 gms Ghee
- › Garlic, salt and pepper to taste
- › 15 gms cheese
Method
1. Make an omelette with the provided 2 eggs
2. Chop tofu to small cubes and stir fry them in ghee with veggies and garlic
3. After 10-15 mins of cooking add salt and pepper to tofu and remove it from the stove
4. Add cheese to the stir fry and microwave it for 1 min
5. Apply chilli sauce to the omlette and and warp the above tofu curry to the wrap
