Ingredients for Tofu bhurji Paav/bread
- › Tofu - 100gms
- › 50% less carbs bread(or any bread of your choice)- 2 slices
- › Oil - 3gms
- › Mushrooms - 50gms , Onion - 20gms , capsicum - 20gms , green chilli - 1 , coriander for garnishing
- › Salt, turmeric powder, paav bhaji masala
1. 1) Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped veggies mentioned above. 2) Cook the veggies until nice and soft. 3) Add all the spices and mix it together with veggies. Since I use very less oil, it sticks to the pan, so I add little water to avoid sticking to the pan. 4) Let the water get evaporated and then add the tofu and mix it well. 5) Serve on a plate and garnish with coriander.
