How to make Tofu bhurji Paav/bread

Step-1

1) Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped veggies mentioned above. 2) Cook the veggies until nice and soft. 3) Add all the spices and mix it together with veggies. Since I use very less oil, it sticks to the pan, so I add little water to avoid sticking to the pan. 4) Let the water get evaporated and then add the tofu and mix it well. 5) Serve on a plate and garnish with coriander.
