Ingredients for Tofu bhurji n prantha
- › Tofu 65g
- › Wheat flour 35g
- › Oil 10g
- › Tomato 50g
- › Onion 50g
- › Salt
- › Red chilli powder
- › Turmeric
- › Jeera
Method
1. For bhurji Heat oil(5g),add sliced onion,jeera and sauté Once onion turns translucent Add salt,chilli,turmeric and mix Add tomatoes and cook till oil separates Add mashed tofu and cook at low flame for 5-8 mins Garnish with green coriander
2. For prantha Make a roti out of dough Sprinkle some salt and Ajawin and fold in desired shape Brush the hot tawa and cook till golden brown
