Ingredients for Tofu & Soya Quick Bites
- › Tofu
- › Soya Chunks
- › Onion
- › Carrot
- › Salt
- › Peeper
- › Olive oil/Ghee
1. Boil mini soya chunks (50 gm) for 2-3 mins
2. Take 4-5 gm of olive oil in pan
3. Fry chopped onion(50gm), carrot(100gm) and green chilli as per taste ( Can add capsicum/tomatoes/cucumbers/lettuce, I keep it simple as I don't get much time)
4. Add soya chunks & tofu (100gm)
5. Add pinch of salt and pepper as per taste.
6. Cook at seam for few mins and pack it up for your evening snacks.
