Tofu & Soya Quick Bites
- Soya Chunks
- Olive oil/Ghee
Boil mini soya chunks (50 gm) for 2-3 mins
Take 4-5 gm of olive oil in pan
Fry chopped onion(50gm), carrot(100gm) and green chilli as per taste ( Can add capsicum/tomatoes/cucumbers/lettuce, I keep it simple as I don't get much time)
Add soya chunks & tofu (100gm)
Add pinch of salt and pepper as per taste.
Cook at seam for few mins and pack it up for your evening snacks.
