In ghee nicely fry in low heat all these ingredients (except for the coffee) till it’s golden in color... Put it in a dish and put the expresso coffee and keep it in fridge...
In pan put milk with tiramisu ice cream 140g and boil till you get a creamy texture... Let is cool then add to the base add little isabgol to give the texture of pudding... Put it in fridge and let it set... now add rest of the 40g ice cream for garnishing...
