Til Gud Mawa Burfi
- 130gm Unsweetened khoya
- 100gm jaggery
- 200gm sesame seeds(White Til)
Dry roast Til until they are little light brown
Cool them and grind them to make coarse powder
Sauté khoya in pan till it is also light brown
Add jaggery with 1/4 cup water to make one string syrup. It should be done in 5-7 mins.
Turn off the flame when syrup is ready.
Mix Til powder to jaggery syrup and mix well.
Then add khoya when the above mixture is a bit cool.
Spread the whole mixture to greased plate.
Let it cool down for an hour and cut it into pieces.
