Ingredients

  • Recipe Ingredients list130gm Unsweetened khoya
  • Recipe Ingredients list100gm jaggery
  • Recipe Ingredients list200gm sesame seeds(White Til)

Direction

Step-1

Dry roast Til until they are little light brown

Step-2

Cool them and grind them to make coarse powder

Step-3

Sauté khoya in pan till it is also light brown

Step-4

Add jaggery with 1/4 cup water to make one string syrup. It should be done in 5-7 mins.

Step-5

Turn off the flame when syrup is ready.

Step-6

Mix Til powder to jaggery syrup and mix well.

Step-7

Then add khoya when the above mixture is a bit cool.

Step-8

Spread the whole mixture to greased plate.

Step-9

Let it cool down for an hour and cut it into pieces.
