Ingredients for Thin pancakes with fruit π₯π
- βΊ 1 Egg
- βΊ 60ml low fat milk
- βΊ 10g butter/oil
- βΊ 60g wheat flour
- βΊ 120g greek yogurt
- βΊ 100g fruit (any of your choice)
Method
1. 1. Mix all ingredients together to make the batter, add water if the batter is thick 2. Pour desired quantity of batter on a non stick pan and spread it 3. Let it cook until both sides are browned 4. For the filling or icing use yogurt and berries If you want to make more filling and full of protein add one scoop whey (optional)
