How to make thin crust cheese overload pizza
Step-1
Dough prep
First activate yeast by adding yeast in luke warm water and sugar. Wait for ten minutes
Prepare a soft atta dough with yeast and warm water.
Cover the dough in a hot place
Let it rest for two hours
After two hours
Punch and knead the dough for 5-7 minutes
Spread with hands and make it in base shape with a rolling pin and board.
Poke some holes on the top of the base with a fork.
Heat up a pan and cook the base completely on one side and 20% on the other side.
Now add butter in a pan and sauté desired veggies
Place the on the semi cooked side of the base
Sprinkle cheese
And bake it at 20degrees celsius for 2 mins
Serve with italian seasoning and chilli flakes
