How to make The protein pancake in desi way
Step-1
Take egg whites in a bowl and beat it for 1-2 min
Step-2
Add salt, pepper, chilly powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala and beat again for a min.
Step-3
Add the pea protein and mix it thoroughly to make it a smooth batter
Step-4
Cooking part
In a small pan, add little bit of butter.
Once heated add batter in pan cake size and cook it on both sides.
Pan cake ready!!
