The Diet Chaat
- curd 100gm
- chhole cooked 10gm
- soya chunks 10gm
- methi , palal leaves 4-5 pieces
- ghee 10gm
- onion,tomato, ginger and green chillies for garnishing
In low or medium flame fry sona granules, methi and palak leaves in ghee till they change color.
Add the fried items to curd.
Add chhole on top of it.
Add salt..chaat masala ..jeera powder.. Garnish with tomato..onions..ginger..green chillies
optional: you can add some tikki along with chutney sauce if it fits in ur macros
