Thai Tom Yum Soup
- 100 Gms Cleaned & Deveined Shrimps
- 1 Ltr Seafood Stock
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 2 Tbsp Chilli Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
- 2 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 3 Tbsp Lime Juice
- Chopped and Desseded Plum Tomato
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- Black Pepper
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a pan
Saute Chopped Tomato till al-dente
Add Seafood Stock to the pan and let it simmer for few minutes.
Add Chili Sauce, Dark Soy Sauce, Oyster Sauce, Salt and Black Pepper.
Stir well and let it simmer to a boil.
Slice Shrimps into bite size pieces.
Add Coconut Milk, Shrimp, lime juice and let it cook for 2-3 minutes and Serve it piping hot!!!
