How to make Thai Tangy Tamarind Stir Fry chicken and veggies

Step-1

marinate the chicken in soya sauce while you chop veggies *chop chicken to an inch size so it Cooks faster

Step-2

chop capsicum and cabbage slice ginger and garlic

Step-3

heat ghee in a non-stick pan add the pepper corns, star anise and whole red chillie, ginger and garlic to the ghee when aromatic

Step-4

add marinated chicken and stir fry on high heat for 5 mins n then cover for a few mins

Step-5

add the chopped veggies and stir fry for 3 mins

Step-6

add the tamarind pulp and salt and stir fry for another 3 mins

Step-7

put of heat and garnish with a few springs of spring onion greens
