Ingredients for thai pineapple fried rice
- › Rice -60gms(cooked and cooled)
- › Pineapple-100gm
- › Prawn-100gmscooked
- › Cashew-10
- › Eggwhites-2scrambeld
- › Salt
- › Garlic cloves-8sliced
- › Soayasauce-2tsp
- › Ginger garlic paste
- › Onion-1/2sliced
- › Redpepper-1-2tspn
- › Basil r cilantro
- › Butter-20gm
- › Lime juice
Method
1. 1)in a wide pan add some butter add garlic saute a min
2. 2)add onions saute untill translucent now add gingergarlicpaste .
3. Add pineapplepieces and fry untill u see slight change of colour
4. Now add chilli flakes,soyasauce,egg scrambeld,
5. Now add cooled rice and start mixing add ,lime juice,prawns,cashews and cilantro.
6. Notes:u can do it veg version by using tofu it tastes awesome.
