How to make Tender Coconut Pudding
Step-1
Cut the coconut into small pieces and grind it in mixer until you get nice paste
Step-2
Bring water to boil in a pot and add agar agar powder. Then, let it simmer for about 5 minutes or until the color turns slightly to yellowish.
Step-3
Turn off the flame, add milk, coconut paste, food color and sweetener and let it cool down.
Step-4
Lastly, keep it in refrigerator for about an hour and then cut it into pieces and enjoy 😋
