Ingredients for Tempered Rice porridge with microgreens
- › 40gm Rice
- › 5gm Ghee
- › 2 cloves of Garlic
- › Handfull of Microgreens
- › Salt as per taste
Method
1. Pressure cook Rice in a 1:4 ratio, water should be 4 times more than the quantity of rice so that we get the consistency of a porridge. Cook rice for 4-5 whistles or depending upon the variety of rice you are using. Once the rice is cooked and the pressure is released heat a pan and add ghee. Add chopped garlic and saute it for a minute. Add finely chopped microgreens to this and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Pour rice porridge to this tempering with salt as per your taste and let it simmer for couple of minutes more. Serve it hot!! :)
