Direction

Step-1

Cut paneer into small cubes

Step-2

Take yogurt in a bowl add all the masala and the ginger garlic paste .Wisk the yogurt well

Step-3

To the yogurt mix add the paneer and allow it to marinate for 15-20 min

Step-4

Knead the whole wheat flour with water and a pinch of salt into soft dough .Set aside for 20-30 min .Once ready divide into two portions and roll into small round thick roti

Step-5

Cook the roti on a pan like normal roti .Keep them aside

Step-6

In a pan add some butter and jeera .Once jeera is cooked add onion and sauté until golden brown .To this add the tomato purre and cook until the tomato purre thickens up .

Step-7

To the above mix add the marinated paneer and mix well , add cilantro and salt. Keep this mixture aside

Step-8

For plating take the taco roti and spread mint coriander chutney and place the paneer mixture.

Step-9

Garnish with onion rings coriander and lemon
