Ingredients for Tawa Soya Chunks/Soya Tikka
- › 35g Mini Soya chunks 25 g Besan 50 g Curd Half Bell pepper 1.5 tsp Ginger garlic paste a pinch of Carrom seeds red orange colour (optional) Tandoori Chicken masala 2 tsp Lime juice 0.5 tsp Red chilli powder Salt as per taste. 5 gm oil
1. Step 1:Boil Soya chunks, let it cool and sqeeze water. Step 2:Marinate Soya chunks and bell pepper with the above ingredients. Step 3:Refrigerate for 30-45 mins. Step 4:Grease the pan with oil and Grill the Soya on a pan.
