Ingredients for Tawa Rice
- › 50 g rice
- › 100 g bell peppers
- › Whole spices
- › 10 g ghee
- › 50 g onion
- › 50 g tomato
- › Spices
- › Garam masala
- › Ginger garlic paste
- › Salt
- › 50 ml coconut milk
Method
1. In a boiling water add whole spices and rice , cook until it’s half done.
2. Chop bell peppers , onion , tomato.
3. In a pan , add ghee , jeera , put chopped veggies, salt.
4. Mix it well and cook it for 3-5 mins.
5. Add spices , garam masala , coconut milk , rice , water (optional). For 5-7 mins.
6. Serve hot 👍
