Ingredients for Tawa Rice Amchi Style
- › 75 gms uncooked rice
- › 100 gms Cabbage (can mix veggies) - finely chopped
- › 1/2 onion chopped
- › 1/4 Bell Pepper - chopped
- › 1 tomatoe - chopped
- › 10 gm Butter
- › Red chilli paste (other spices as per taste)
- › Pav bhaaji masala
Method
1. Cook Rice
2. Saute onions in butter/ghee
3. Add cabbage and cook for few mins
4. Add Red chilli paste (or other spices as per taste) - cook for few mins
5. Add tomato and Bell pepper - cook for few mins
6. Add Rice then mix well
7. Add pav bhaji masala then mix well
8. After few mins ready to serve - garnish with cilantro n enjoy
