Tawa Rice Amchi Style

75 gms uncooked rice
100 gms Cabbage (can mix veggies) - finely chopped
1/2 onion chopped
1/4 Bell Pepper - chopped
1 tomatoe - chopped
10 gm Butter
Red chilli paste (other spices as per taste)
Pav bhaaji masala

Step-1
Cook Rice
Step-2
Saute onions in butter/ghee
Step-3
Add cabbage and cook for few mins
Step-4
Add Red chilli paste (or other spices as per taste) - cook for few mins
Step-5
Add tomato and Bell pepper - cook for few mins
Step-6
Add Rice then mix well
Step-7
Add pav bhaji masala then mix well
Step-8
After few mins ready to serve - garnish with cilantro n enjoy
