Tasty & Quick Corn & Egg Rush
- Corn - 50 gms
- Whole eggs - 2 pcs
- Ghee - 2 gms
- Croissant - 1 medium size (50 gms)
- Salt and Black Pepper as per taste
Put the gree on pan. Once hot, break the eggs into the pan.
Keep trying the eggs to make scrambled eggs (stop just short of making it a bhurji, slightly uncooked texture is required). Add salt and Black pepper
Boil the corns and strain from excess water. Add salt and Black pepper as per taste. Enjoy all three things together, you can also cut croissant from middle and fill with corn and scrambled egg.
