Step-1
1.Peel & cut Karela and sprinkle some salt over it and keep aside for 5 min
Step-2
2.squeeze the water from karelas and air fry for 10 min at 200 or simply pan fry till golden brown
Step-3
3.heat oil add cumin and chopped onion and sauté for 5 min
Step-4
4.add tamarind pulp and salt/chilli powder /turmeric and cook for 1 min
Step-5
5.Add air fried Karelas and 1 cup water and cook for 5 min
Step-6
6.Add jaggery and 1/4 cup of water and cook for 5 more minutes and it’s dobe
