Ingredients for Tangy Tofu rice
- › rice :40gm
- › tofu:100gm
- › pineapple:50gm
- › onion:50gm
- › ghee:5gm
- › peas:20gm
- › garlic :2clove
Method
1. fry the oil in a pan, add garlic and Black pepper, after that add fine chopped onion peas, and boiled tofu chopped in small pieces after that boiled rice . stir it for two minutes then in the last pine apple stir it for two minutes done
