Tangy Soya Salad
- Soya chunks 30g
- Tomato (40g) (i took 1 tomato)
- Paneer (50g)
- Peanuts (5g)
- Lemon (1)
- Black pepper
Boil soya chunks and strain the water. You can squeeze out excess water as well.
Take paneer and dice it into cubes.
Tomato to be diced as well.
Now take a bowl add paneer, tomato, soya chunks and sprinkle lemon over it.
Now add peanuts, salt and black pepper and mix everything. It's ready to eat.
