Ingredients for tandoori soya chunks
- › soya chunks 50 gms
- › ghee or butter 10 gms
- › chicken tamdoori masala
- › salt
Method
1. boil soya chunks with water n salt, drain and squeeze water from it. add tandoori masala, salt and mix. add 10 gms ghee and sauthe the marinated soyachunks till they bevome crispy enjoy (can add tomato coriander chilli murra to make bhel)
