How to make tandoori soya chunks

Step-1

boil soya chunks with water n salt, drain and squeeze water from it. add tandoori masala, salt and mix. add 10 gms ghee and sauthe the marinated soyachunks till they bevome crispy enjoy (can add tomato coriander chilli murra to make bhel)
