Tandoori Recipe
200gm chicken breast
Marinate with
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder, Cumin powder, coriander powder, garam Marsala powder, amchur powder, carrom seeds(ajwain), kasuri methi
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
Mix it nicely and then use a griller and cook on low flame for 15min on each side
Then brush mix of ghee and chatt masala and increase the flame on high for 2min each.. Serve hot with salad.
